Where are you located – Moore Storage is located at 1318 29th Street. Get directions here.

What are your business hours – Moore Storage is open Monday through Sunday, 7am to 7pm.  If you call in advance, we can accommodate (within reason) after-hours access.  Please call for appointments.

How secure is your facility – Moore Storage maintains a secure self storage facility with 24/7 security cameras, gated access, and an on-site manager.  Our site is also one of few conveniently located within a quiet residential neighborhood.  

Do you provide a lock – Yes, we utilize  the Chateau disc lock. A lock is included with your storage unit registration.

Who has access to my storage unit – The renter is the only one who has access or can allow access to the storage units. Your keys, your unit.

Can my family have access to my storage unit – With your permission, whoever you trust your keys to is allowed to access your storage unit.

How long can I rent a unit – Our storage rental agreements are month to month.  As long as rent is being paid on time, you can rent as long as you like.

What are the terms – Storage rental agreements are month to month.

How much storage do I need – We have storage units sized to meet many household needs. You can use our storage calculator to estimate the best size storage unit.

Do you offer RV/Motorhome/Boat/Trailer storage – Vehicles that fit within the storage units are allowed, provided they don’t leak.  Unfortunately, we do not offer storage specific to larger vehicles.

RENT A UNIT

How do I reserve a unit? – Please call us or conveniently book online through our Uhaul partner. We do not have a public office, and therefore meet by appointment only.

How do I contact you? – Call or text 307-578-7273 and we will assist you with your booking today.

What do I do if I can’t call to reserve a unit? Alternatively you may reserve a unit online by clicking 'Reserve Today' on the landing page. Complete the reservation, and we will give you a call within 24 hours to complete registration of your unit.

What do I need to complete my reservation? We will need your contact information, a valid photo id, and payment info (cash, check, or card accepted) to complete your reservation.  A contract and receipt of payment will be emailed to you for your acknowledgement.

Is a deposit required? Move-in costs consist of the first month rent (prorated) and a registration fee which includes your lock. No deposit is required.

Do you need to be there when I move in? – Once registration is complete, your unit will be assigned and we will schedule a time to meet for your move-in.  Or, you can select self move-in and your unit will be ready for you at a time of your choosing.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my unit - We accept most forms of payment for your rental. You can pay with cash or check in person, or with cards via the website or by phone.

Do you require long term contracts - No, we do not require long term contracts. All storage rentals are paid month to month.

Are long term contracts available - Long term contracts are available. We offer 10% off for contracts 6 months or more

Do you require a security deposit - We do not require a security deposit.

Are my items insured – No. Rental insurance isn’t included. We do offer renter’s insurance via Safestor. Contact us for details.

Do you hold auctions – If a renter falls more than 15 days behind on their rent, they are in default of their rental agreement.  If we are unable to get in touch with a defaulted renter beyond 30 days, we will take the necessary steps and hold an auction.

How do I start – Select your unit size and complete the rental agreement easily on the website, or give us a call and we will get you registered. We accept most forms of payment online, in person, or over the phone.

MOVING OUT?

How long of a notice do you need before I move out? – Please call or message at least 14 days before your planned move out to give notice that you'll be moving out. Note that rent is not prorated on move-out.  Your last day of rent will be the last day of the month.

What do I need to do to move out? – Remove all belongings from your unit, ensuring that the unit has no debris on the floor and is returned to the condition it was provided . Remove the lock and close the door. Please report any issues or damage to the unit. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Will I get a confirmation once I move out? – Let us know when the unit is cleared and we will inspect the unit within 24 hours.  Once inspected, the move out process will be completed in the system and you will receive a confirmation email.
